The following information was provided by FG member #46864594 (SJ Hearn) on November 26, 2018:

North American Harvard aircraft #AJ761 swung on take-off, hitting LAC Markham’s Harvard aircraft #AJ 818 at the aerodrome at Medicine Hat. RCAF Pilot Officer John Green HOAR was also killed in aircraft AJ818.
There were no casualties in aircraft #AJ 761.

Markham, Eric Thomas LAC RAF. From Wolverhampton, England Killed Jan.22/42 age 23. #34 Service Training School, Medicine Hat, Alberta. Havard aircraft #AJ761 swung on take-off and hit LAC Markham's Harvard aircraft #AJ 818 on the aerodrome at Medicine Hat.
P/O John Green Hoar was also killed in aircraft AJ818. There were no casualties in aircraft #AJ 761
